too much salt intake  Eating foods that contain large amounts of sodium can lead to large amounts of water, which leads to the expansion of cells and the retention of fluids in the body, where the kidneys can only get rid of a small proportion of this sodium by expulsion in the urine.

Drought  If your body does not get enough fluids a day, it can compensate for all the body fluids, which are released through urine and sweat, to keep tissue and cells alive.
Therefore, it is recommended to take water and light juices, especially in cases of vomiting, fever, diarrhea and excessive sweating.
